Account Specialist, Starlink Enterprise Account Management
## RESPONSIBILITIES: 📍Support Account Leads and Account Managers by executing and improving internal processes related to onboarding, order management, and customer operations for new and existing customers and resellers. 📍Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements that reduce manual effort or increase consistency across accounts. 📍Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and tooling that help the team deliver a reliable customer experience at scale. 📍Coordinate operational milestones, such as order readiness checks, fulfillment tracking, and activation follow-ups. 📍Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and support to ensure smooth handoffs and issue resolution. 📍Track and escalate blockers or execution risks, ensuring customer timelines and internal timelines are met. 📍Assist in the rollout of new tools, process updates, or system enhancements by gathering feedback and supporting implementation. 📍Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proactively spotting gaps and offering solutions. ## BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 📍Bachelor’s degree; OR 2+ years of professional experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination **If you’re passionate about blockchain and decentralized technologies, explore more opportunities in web3 and cryptocurrency careers.**
