The Administrative Manager serves as the primary people leader for the practice and acts as a key bridge between clinical teams, administrative staff, and executive leadership. This role blends human resource functions, staff development, departmental coordination, oversight of administrative operations, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the practice. The Administrative Manager will learn and support each department's workflows to ensure consistent performance, drive efficiency, and lead process-improvement initiatives. While the role leads operational initiatives and people management efforts, it does not carry direct responsibility for financial or business strategy. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee administrative staff and ensure workflow efficiency</li><li>Experience conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing coaching and staff development</li><li>Experience in office administration, scheduling, and daily operations coordination</li><li>Experience with financial management, including billing processes</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient and staff interactions</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate record keeping</li><li>Experience in healthcare administration and compliance </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge & Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of HR administration and employment law compliance</li><li>High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information</li><li>Advanced-level expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and practice management software</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment</li></ul><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Leadership, accountability, and discretion</li><li>High emotional intelligence and professionalism</li><li>Operational problem solving and organizational effectiveness</li><li>Staff development, coaching, and mentoring</li><li>Ability to manage sensitive situations calmly and effectively</li></ul><p><br></p>
