  • Review and analyze property titles, legal descriptions, and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with real estate law.
  • Conduct thorough research using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools and other resources to verify property boundaries, ownership details, and historical records.
  • Process title documents efficiently, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting necessary paperwork for closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and title insurance companies to resolve discrepancies or issues related to property titles.
  • Maintain organized records of all title processing activities, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal standards.
  • Assist in updating databases with relevant property information, tracking progress of title clearance, and generating reports as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to property titles promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of real estate law principles and title processing procedures.
  • Proven research skills, with experience using GIS tools or similar geographic information systems.
  • Familiarity with law office operations and document management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
