We’ve recently launched our own brand on Amazon and are currently facing a wave of negative reviews that we strongly believe are coming from competitors. Notably, customers who purchase directly from our website leave only positive feedback.

We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Review Dispute Specialist to help us manage and resolve these issues. Your responsibilities will include analyzing suspicious or policy-violating reviews, crafting effective and compliant responses, and communicating directly with Amazon Support to dispute and remove unfair feedback.

A strong understanding of Amazon’s review policies and best practices is essential. If you have a proven track record of successfully resolving review disputes and excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
