Amazon Review Dispute Specialist Needed (Irrelevant & Outdated Reviews)

We are looking for an experienced Amazon specialist to help dispute and remove negative product reviews that are no longer relevant or violate Amazon’s Community Guidelines. These reviews refer to outdated product issues, previous versions, or situations that have already been resolved, yet they continue to impact our listings.

Responsibilities:

• Review and audit negative Amazon product reviews

• Identify reviews eligible for removal based on Amazon policies

• Submit and manage dispute cases in Seller Central

• Craft clear, policy-aligned explanations for Amazon support

• Track case progress and follow up until resolution

• Provide guidance to prevent future review issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience handling Amazon review disputes

• Strong understanding of Amazon review and community guidelines

• Experience with Seller Central support cases

• Excellent written communication skills

• Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry (preferred)
