Amazon Warehouse Admin Support (Long-Term Role) - Contract to Hire

Job Description:

We’re looking to hire a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our warehouse operations team with Amazon Seller Central admin work and general logistics tasks. This is a long-term role where attitude, communication, and willingness to learn matter more than existing technical skills.

You’ll be working closely with our operations team to help build shipments in Amazon Seller Central and assist with backend warehouse coordination. We care much more about hiring someone dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive than someone who already knows everything.

We will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage Amazon Seller Central shipments

- Enter and verify shipment data accurately

- Assist with warehouse admin tasks and tracking

- Organize spreadsheets and basic documentation

- Communicate with team members about shipment status

- Follow SOPs and improve workflows over time

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication skills (written English is important)

- Extremely detail-oriented and organized

- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
