The Opportunity Due to continued growth, the firm is hiring an Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its London team. This is an entry-level role with a clearly defined progression path into a Consultant position. The Role As a Trainee Recruiter, you will: <ul><li>Work closely with a senior consultant/partner to support live mandates</li><li>Source and engage candidates using a range of tools and strategies</li><li>Build expertise in the early-stage technology market</li><li>Conduct candidate screening and interviews</li><li>Build long-term relationships with candidates to generate referrals</li><li>Use outbound sourcing, market mapping, community engagement, and referrals</li><li>Receive daily mentorship and real-time coaching from experienced recruiters</li></ul> The Ideal Profile This role would suit someone who is: <ul><li>Highly coachable with a strong desire to learn</li><li>Motivated, ambitious, and performance-driven</li><li>Comfortable with discomfort and a fast-paced environment</li><li>Low-ego, collaborative, and culturally aligned</li><li>Personable with strong communication skills</li><li>Genuinely interested in long-term career development</li></ul> Previous recruitment experience is not required.
