WHAT YOU'LL DO ATI is hiring enthusiastic nurse educators to work remotely and provide part-time one on one online instruction to individuals preparing for NCLEX. Virtual ATI Educators/NCLEX Specialist position are hired on an as needed basis. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This is a remote position. We hire on an as needed basis for multiple regions in the United States: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">West Region</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Northeast Region</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">South Region</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Great Lakes Region</li> </ul> HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Utilize technology to provide one on one online instruction to support participants preparing for NCLEX</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Understand ATI products and solutions to assist customers</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Implement consistent process to optimally deliver high-quality reviews</li> </ul> WHAT YOU'LL NEED <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Completed Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) required</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of NCLEX Blueprint</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Active Registered Nursing License</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Minimum 2 years of experience teaching nursing academics in a College/University classroom or online setting. 5+ years preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Recent teaching in nursing academics in a college/university setting (Current or within the last 12 months)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience teaching in an online environment preferred</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Knowledge of ATI Products preferred</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">A computer with reliable internet access</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to communicate professionally and clearly in the online environment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Comfortable navigating in an online environment</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Demonstrate technological competence with a variety of application</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to respond to customers twice daily via online interaction</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to apply best practice guidelines and follow process to service customers</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to work remotely from a home office</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Guide students to identify their personal learning needs</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Create a collaborative atmosphere with faculty and students</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Analyze student performance to individualize NCLEX study plans</li> </ul> Fostering A Sense of Belonging Our values-driven culture unifies our teams and inspires a mindset of action, innovation, and collaboration, with a relentless focus on customers.
