Attendant - Senior/ Evening (Saturday-Wednesday)
Provides manual and/or clerical services in related work area. Work may involve strenuous physical activity and/or exposure to the outdoors. Work is performed under general supervision and is evaluated through observation and results obtained.
- Maintain parking garages and lots in a clean, safe, and orderly condition by removing trash and debris and performing minor cleaning and maintenance using appropriate tools and supplies.
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on parking equipment using hand tools; report equipment issues as needed.
- Provide courteous customer service to faculty, staff, students, and visitors by answering questions, assisting with parking technology and payment systems, and resolving parking-related concerns or escalating them to a supervisor when appropriate.
- Support parking operations during university events by attending assigned areas, assisting guests with directions and parking, managing traffic flow, and maintaining safety in event lots.
- Monitor parking areas for safety hazards, policy violations, or suspicious activity and report concerns to supervisors or appropriate staff to help maintain a secure and compliant parking environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position requires eligibility to drive TTU vehicles, including a valid U.S. driver license and two years of driving experience.
