Pathfinder Village is seeking a qualified candidate for the Bakery and Cafe Front of House Associate vacancy. This position requires consistent customer engagement, attention to detail, strong math skills, and effective communication with co-workers and customers. The Front of House Associate is the face of the bakery and cafe, ensuring that customers enjoy a fast, friendly, and efficient experience. This role blends customer service, merchandising, and operational duties to keep the bakery and cafe running smoothly, while appealing to time-conscious customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleanliness and safety
- Product presentation
- Addressing customer feedback
- Weekly inventories
- Appropriate personalized training and skill development to individuals within the program seeking employment
Required Qualifications
- Commitment to inclusive employment and understanding of individuals with IDD
- Previous retail, bakery, cafe, or food service experience
- Valid NYS Driver's license
The hourly rate of pay starts at $16.25 an hour.
