Job Title: Bank Teller

Starting Compensation: $19 per hour and higher

As a Citizens Teller, you play a significant role in supporting both our clientele and branch team.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients in our branch lobbies
  • Guide customers on using our mobile app and ATMs for basic transactions
  • Deliver personalized advice and connect clients to Bankers for further assistance
  • Educate customers about our products and benefits, addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Adhere to financial policies, including correct cash management and regulations

Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of experience in processing transactions
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, promoting products
  • Effective listening and communication abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and customer-focused service
  • Comfort with digital tools in a business environment
  • Availability for branch hours, often including weekends and evenings
  • Completion of a video assessment post-application within 7 days

Suggested Skills/Experience
  • 1 year of experience with transaction processing
  • Ability to motivate and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in multitasking

Work Schedule
  • Weekly Hours: 40
  • Flexible schedule based on branch demands, inclusive of weekends and nights
