Basecamp Manager/Programs Assistant

Rite of Passage Journeys (RoPJ) has been guiding youth, adults and elders through life transitions, restoring rites of passage and building multi-generational communities for over 50 years. The RoPJ Basecamp Manager/Program Assistant works closely with the Program Director and Administrative & Community Outreach Manager (A&CO) to assist with all aspects of basecamp management and program implementation during our busy summer season. This position is a 4 month non-exempt position from early May to early September. You will work approximately a 40 hour work week with irregular hours, depending on organizational and expedition needs. This is a non-exempt position so overtime, when pre-approved, would be offered if there was a need beyond the 40 hour work week.
