Role Overview

In the position of Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you will engage on a one-on-one basis with children diagnosed with autism, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions at home. Your work will focus on fostering the development of communication, social, and self-sufficiency skills in children, all while benefiting from firsthand training and professional guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out direct ABA therapy to support children with autism, with training provided
  • Track data related to treatment objectives during each therapy session
  • Work closely with a supervising BCBA to follow through on behavior strategies
  • Aid families by conveying effective strategies and progress reviews

Qualifications
  • Must possess a high school diploma; college studies in psychology, education, or similar fields are advantageous
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Preferably available for sessions after school hours and/or on weekends
  • A strong desire to assist children and their families
