This exciting opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals in a supportive environment focused on growth and development.</div><div> <br><br> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.</li> <li>Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.</li> <li>Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance client outcomes.</li> <li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.</li> <li>Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.</li> <li>Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.</li> <li>Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and interns.</li> <li>Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.</li> </ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul> <li>NEW BCBA'S WELCOME! HOURLY PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE</li> <li>FULLY REMOTE SUPERVISION AND PARENT TRAINING </li> <li>SOME IN PERSON POSITIONS NEEDED AS WELL </li> <li>COMPETITIVE PAY!</li> <li>Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.</li> <li>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure in NJ and/OR NY.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.</li> <li>Proficient in data collection and analysis for progress tracking.</li> <li>Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.</li> </ul><div><strong>About Us:</strong></div><div>BLUEPRINT BEHAVIORAL CONNECTIONS, LLC has been serving the  NJ  and NY communities for 5 years, providing high-quality behavioral services tailored to individual needs.
