Brownsville, TX/ Part-time Office Custodian

WTS's mission is to provide high quality facility solutions while providing employment and training opportunities for persons with or without significant disabilities.

We are currently seeking a day-porter. Applicants should be willing to go above and beyond, as well as be a team player.

Janitorial services are needed to clean and maintain a facility. Services are required 3 days a week, 8 hours per day for a total of 24 hours @ $13.00 per hour. A background check will be conducted and fingerprinting will be part of the hiring process.

Job summary:
Duties include but are not limited to: dusting- sweeping- mopping- vacuuming- trash removal- restroom sanitation- window/glass cleaning- refilling paper goods along, light buffing when necessary, along with any other duties or special projects that should arise.
Requirements: Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally. Must have reliable transportation as this building may be closed to the public during this time.
