The Talent Group (TTG) at Conde Nast oversees all bookings and entertainment strategy across the organization globally, including editorial, advertising and consulting. We cast everything for Conde Nast’s iconic titles from the covers to features, and create influencer and celebrity campaigns for the world’s most engaging brands. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as point of contact between TTG Commercial, Legal and Finance team(s) for all contractual needs
  • Partner with TTG Commercial team members to track and ensure fulfillment of financial paperwork, invoices, etc.
  • Support TTG Commercial organization by building and updating pitch decks
  • Own and manage operational and business documents
  • Own the SAG process (notification, estimation of fees, etc.) with support and input from TTG
  • Liaise with third-party SAG signatories for all union talent and campaigns and manage service agreements and invoicing.
  • Execute and process talent service agreements, invoices, releases, advertiser service agreements, and other business documents relating to the production of content, booking of talent, and billing of clients/vendors
  • Manage any ad-hoc reporting of commercial and white label agreements (Advertiser & Talent)
  • Ensure all commercial invoicing and payment trackers are up to date with the help of TTG Commercial Team members
  • Work with production, sales and revenue teams to create project estimates and invoices on all commercial projects
  • Administer and oversee workflow efficiencies across the department

Requirements

  • 2+ years of financial management or business operations experience at a high volume company
  • 2+ years of experience building, editing, and interpreting data from Excel and Google Sheets
  • 2+ years of experience building/editing decks in Powerpoint and Google Slides
  • Strong experience managing administrative tasks such as following up with colleagues, booking meetings, tracking project deadlines, etc.
  • Proven attention to detail and experience providing quality control for important financial and legal documents
  • Experience working on multiple projects at the same time - and adjusting deadlines, owners and deliverables as needed
  • Experience working on sensitive and timely business-related deliverables
  • Comfortable establishing and maintaining hard deadlines with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort and willingness to move seamlessly from project to project when needed and to work independently with large data sets
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, and Docs) is mandatory
  • Experience with Salesforce, ePayables (or similar vendor payment system), Slack, Adbook, and Workday is strongly preferred as these are critical day-to-day tools used within the role.

Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $103,000
