As a member of our Research team you will be researching a range of businesses via online research and contact by phone. You need to be a clear, confident communicator that can engage people in conversation. You will also be able to utilise online resources to harvest relevant information to create and update records in our CRM.

You'll need to be a strong communicator and have competent IT skills as you will be using databases, but we will give you all the training you need. You will need to be well-spoken and written, with a keen eye for accuracy.

Requirement:

  • Home WINDOWS PC with 8GB RAM minimum to support usage of telephony and CRM system applications
  • Home PC with camera and headset
  • Experience using Teams

Responsibilities:

  • Business research
  • Database updates
  • Data Cleansing
  • Assigning tasks to sales team
