Call Center Customer Service Representative – 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Description:

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls from to support customers of various clients
  • Accurately enter information into our client database
  • Provide a high level of customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Maintain a quiet and distraction-free work environment
  • Demonstrating consistent, high-level performance may lead to enhanced opportunities and expanded roles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office (brick-and-mortar) call center experience
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong soft skills, including active listening, patience, and professionalism
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service, effectively addressing customer questions and concerns
  • Quiet, dedicated home office environment suitable for handling customer interactions
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor (This role does not include employee benefits such as medical, vision, tax withholding, or life insurance)
