What You'll Do


As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of Omni Fiber - assisting current and prospective customers across phone, chat, social media, and in-person interactions.

You will:

  • Educate customers on Omni Fiber products and services, clearly explaining features and benefits
  • Assist new customers with selecting the right internet solutions and complete service enrollments
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally and efficiently
  • Identify sales and upselling opportunities during customer interactions
  • Troubleshoot service issues and provide effective resolutions
  • Respond to billing, account, and service inquiries with accuracy
  • Process sales orders, service requests, and trouble tickets in company systems
  • Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring proper follow-up
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
  • Deliver a welcoming, solutions-oriented experience to every customer

What You Bring


Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and conversations
  • Sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Comfort speaking on the phone for extended periods

Preferred:

  • Some college coursework
  • Previous call center experience

Work Environment


This is an onsite position in Brownsville, TX operating in a professional office setting. The role includes:

  • Extended periods sitting at a desk
  • Frequent use of computer, telephone, and headset
  • Speaking clearly and professionally throughout the day
