What You'll Do
As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of Omni Fiber - assisting current and prospective customers across phone, chat, social media, and in-person interactions.
You will:
- Educate customers on Omni Fiber products and services, clearly explaining features and benefits
- Assist new customers with selecting the right internet solutions and complete service enrollments
- Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally and efficiently
- Identify sales and upselling opportunities during customer interactions
- Troubleshoot service issues and provide effective resolutions
- Respond to billing, account, and service inquiries with accuracy
- Process sales orders, service requests, and trouble tickets in company systems
- Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately
- Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring proper follow-up
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
- Deliver a welcoming, solutions-oriented experience to every customer
What You Bring
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and conversations
- Sales mindset with the ability to identify opportunities
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Comfort speaking on the phone for extended periods
Preferred:
- Some college coursework
- Previous call center experience
