Job Title: Post Harvest Techncian

Do you have experience in a farm, garden, or greenhouse setting? Whether you’re seasoned in the industry or eager to learn, we welcome your skills and passion for attention to detail and precision.

Precision is key when trimming and pruning and harvesting our cannabis plants. If you're great at following directions and ensuring each step is executed flawlessly, you're the detail-oriented individual we're seeking.

Responsibilities:

• Trim and prune and harvest plants in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Harvest plants and prepare them for further processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including harvesting, bucking, and trimming processes.

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills for measuring and counting.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in a farm, garden, or greenhouse setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools commonly used in trimming and pruning activities.
• Familiarity with data collection techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work with team in colloborative setting.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a mandated state-required background check.
• Must have reliable self-transportation due to the location of the facility. Public transportation does not reach our location.
• Must be able to work indoors in various weather conditions, including hot and humid environments.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
