Help us discover the next viral creator - and get paid every time you bring in a new client.

We’re looking for independent, commission-based Sales Agents to help us grow our roster of talent. You’ll be responsible for finding potential or established OnlyFans creators who are a good fit for management, reaching out, nurturing interest, and helping them get started.

This is a remote, commission-only contractor position, perfect for go-getters who love networking, believe in the power of creator platforms, and want to grow with a fast-moving team.

💼 About the Role

  • Identify and reach out to OnlyFans creators who may benefit from full-service management

  • Qualify leads and book intro calls (you can close or hand off to our founder to close)

  • Represent our agency with confidence, professionalism, and clarity

  • Follow up with leads and help onboard signed clients

  • Keep detailed records of leads and outcomes

💸 Compensation

  • $250 sign-on bonus per new signed client (paid after clients first invoice settled)

  • 10% of net agency revenue from that client for the first 6 months

    (Example: If a client generates $10,000/month in gross sales, you’ll earn around $350/month in commission from that client. Bring in 2+ quality clients each month and your earnings could exceed $75,000+ annually, all without needing to manage those clients day-to-day.)

  • Performance bonuses available for top closers

🎯 Ideal Candidate

  • Confident communicator with a natural gift for persuasion

  • Organized and proactive—you’re not afraid of cold outreach

  • Familiarity with OnlyFans, digital marketing, or creator economy a plus

  • Experience in B2B, influencer outreach, or creator sales is a bonus (but not required)

  • Comfortable managing your own outreach pipeline and sales flow
