Client Experience Specialist - Eastern time US Remote
## Key Role Overview The Client Experience Specialist manages all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, coordinating deadlines, documentation, and communications to ensure timely and compliant closings. This service-oriented role supports agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties in a high-volume, paperless environment and focuses on problem solving, multitasking, and clear communication. ## What are the Key Responsibilities? - Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, identifying and managing contractual dates and deadlines to ensure transactions close timely, efficiently, and accurately. - Collaborate with agent services, agents, and third parties to ensure proper documentation is received for compliance in transaction files and systems. - Organize transaction details in applicable systems and provide continuous, timely updates to all parties. - Serve as primary point-of-contact for agents and clients through closing, obtaining documentation and information needed for clear to close. - Coordinate and confirm scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings with all deal parties. - Regularly update and manage communication with all parties involved in the transaction. - Prioritize service with a positive and engaging attitude to create a seamless experience for agents and consumers. ## What are the Required Qualifications? - Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing, or solid experience with the real estate transaction process at high volume. - Ability to multitask, work independently, and operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume, paperless environment. - Strong oral and written communication skills to clearly advise and resolve issues with agents, clients, and third parties. - Technical aptitude to learn and navigate multiple software systems with an elevated level of competency. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including maintaining confidentiality and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness, adaptability, and ability to build collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues. ## What are the Preferred Qualifications? - Experience with New Jersey (NJ) real estate transactions preferred. - Prior high-volume transaction experience and familiarity with title and settlement processes. ## Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: Not specified. - Medical, dental, and vision benefits; short-term and long-term disability; AD&D. - 401(k) savings plan with company match. - Paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick time; paid family and paternity leave. - Life insurance and business travel accident insurance. - Access to Linked.
