Collection & Delivery Driver

DMN is one of the UK’s leading vehicle movement companies. We deliver a high profile contract to move specialist support vehicles across London and surrounding areas and are looking to expand our team with new drivers wanting to start a new and exciting journey with us.

As a Collection & Delivery Driver you will provide a reliable, efficient, and courteous service to our customer. You will be responsible to collect and deliver a range of vehicles to secure compounds, workshops, external dealerships, and other locations across the London network.

You will promote our company values and standards and exhibit a happy, helpful and courteous service with all those that you come into contact.

What we need from you:

· Good knowledge of the London area and boroughs

· Must be based within the M25 and have direct access to the London public transport network (Oyster zones)

· Previous driving experience in a similar role

· Full Driving Licence - License category minimum C1 3,500 – 7,500kg

· No previous disqualifications from driving (DR, CD, DD, IN OR TT99 endorsements will not be accepted)

· Strong team player

· Positive, proactive, and flexible outlook

· Good communication skills

· Working under pressure to tight deadlines

· Work unsupervised and able to achieve high standards

Desired Locations:

Enfield, Barnet, Harrow, Brent, Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Haringey, Islington, Camden.

What the role involves:

· Provide a prompt, professional and efficient vehicle collection and delivery service that delivers customer satisfaction

· Respond to and deal with customer enquiries through provision of accurate and reliable information and advice

· Ensure vehicles are collected and delivered on time, and presented to a standard acceptable to the customer

· Complete all paperwork and processes accurately and thoroughly

· Drive customer vehicles in a careful and courteous manner with due regard to the Road Traffic Act

· All successful candidates will be required to pass NPPV2 vetting process

· Shift pattern Tuesday - Saturday

· Shifts and overtime could be available, night shift allowance available if appropriate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,170.00 per year
