Course Coordinator
BSc (Hons) Public Health with Foundation Year<br><br><strong>Role Description<br></strong> <br>This is a part-time role in the first instance with potential future expansion to full time. It will be an on-site position located at the Luton area. The Course Coordinator will oversee the planning, delivery, and administration of educational programs. Responsibilities include managing course schedules, supporting instructors, coordinating training initiatives, and addressing student inquiries. The role also involves liaising with various departments to ensure efficient communication, conducting research to assess and improve curriculum, and maintaining high standards of education and customer satisfaction.<br><br> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong> <br><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Experience or background in education and training, including an understanding of curriculum development and instructional programs.</li><li>Exceptional customer service abilities and a focus on addressing student needs and concerns.</li><li>Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data to improve course content and delivery methods.</li><li>Organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling and coordinate multiple programs.</li><li>Formal qualifications or relevant experience in Education, Training, or related fields are highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with the educational sector in the Bedfordshire area is an advantage.</li></ul>
