Creative Copywriter

<p>Besque is seeking an experienced Creative Copywriter to support growth across paid media channels. This role focuses on developing messaging grounded in consumer insight, emotional relevance, and real-world performance outcomes.</p><p>The ideal candidate understands how language shapes perception, trust, and purchase behaviour, and has experience refining messaging based on audience response.<br></p>Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and refine advertising messaging informed by consumer psychology</li><li>Translate customer insights, feedback, and objections into persuasive copy</li><li>Work closely with media buyers to align messaging with performance goals</li><li>Interpret performance data to inform future copy decisions</li><li>Maintain consistency in brand voice while adapting messaging strategies</li><li>Contribute to ongoing testing and optimisation efforts</li></ul>Experience & Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience writing copy for performance marketing environments</li><li>Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behavioural triggers</li><li>Demonstrated ability to adapt messaging based on audience response</li><li>Experience collaborating with performance and creative teams</li><li>Comfortable working in iterative, feedback-driven environments</li><li>Background in direct-to-consumer or eCommerce preferred</li></ul>What success looks like<ul><li>Messaging that consistently resonates with the target audience</li><li>Clear improvements in performance driven by refined copy decisions</li><li>Strong alignment between messaging strategy and business objectives</li><li>Effective collaboration across marketing functions</li></ul>
