Credit Control Manager - London Market MGA

I’m partnering with a leading London Market MGA to hire a Credit Control Manager. In this key role, you’ll help formalise processes and procedures within the Credit Control team whilst leading a great team.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong understanding of credit policies, cash collection processes, and accurate cash allocation from bank transactionsMaintain accurate records of aged debt and provide reliable, transparent reporting on debt levels.Build strong relationships with brokers and key contacts to ensure timely cash collection; work closely with Operations and Treasury on cash flow forecasting and debt reconciliationAct as key contact for implementing new underwriting and finance systems, with a focus on automation and data-driven analysisAbout You5+ years’ experience in Credit Control within an MGA or Lloyd’s Broker environmentProven experience in finance systems implementation and process improvementTrack record of establishing new Credit Control processes and procedures
