Crew Manager

About the Role

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and is looking for friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible, and trustworthy leaders.

You’ll be joining a certified Great Place to Work® where your day‑to‑day tasks include organizing shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize shifts and schedules.
  • Handle cash and work the cash register and drive‑thru.
  • Manage inventory and oversee supplies.
  • Oversee customer service and satisfaction.
  • Motivate and lead the team.
  • Prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and work the fryer/griddle.
Compensation

Competitive weekly pay. This position starts at the minimum rate listed in the job posting, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience. Pay range: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour.

Annual holiday bonus (dependent on company financials).

Requirements
  • Love to smile, laugh & have fun.
  • 1+ years of food service or management experience.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Enjoy working in a high energy, fast‑paced environment.
