The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.</li><li>Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.</li><li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.</li><li>Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.</li><li>Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.</li><li>Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.</li><li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.</li><li>Patience and empathy in dealing with customers.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Working Conditions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Office-based or remote depending on company policy.</li><li>May require working in shifts, including weekends or holidays.</li></ul>
