Responsibilities
- Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day
- Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information
- Discuss Mr. Cooper customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
- Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
Requirements
- 6 months or more with customer service experience
- 6 months or more with call center experience
