Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing
  • Prepare sales invoices and maintain accurate customer records
  • Promote available products and services to customers
  • Support stock management activities, including inventories and stock takes
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
