Customer Service Intake Specialist
A company is looking for a Customer Service/Intake Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls while providing excellent customer service
- Process intake on all referrals and follow up on pending items
- Perform data entry and support team members as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and/or GED
- 1-3 years' experience in a call center or customer service-related position
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
