Customer Service Intake Specialist

A company is looking for a Customer Service/Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Process intake on all referrals and follow up on pending items
  • Perform data entry and support team members as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma and/or GED
  • 1-3 years' experience in a call center or customer service-related position
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
