Required Qualifications

Strong SQL
Strong, hands-on experience in Master Data Management, preferably within a healthcare or health-system environment.
Deep expertise with Databricks, distributed data processing, and modern data engineering practices.
Experience working with healthcare provider/physician data, credentialing systems, EHR integration, or provider rosters.
Demonstrated ability to architect and implement enterprise data solutions using MDM tools and frameworks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts between technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to lead without formal authority across cross-functional teams.
