Die-Cutting Offsider - Dayshift

<p>Welcome to WestRock! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Die-Cutting Offsider to join our dayshift team. As a Die-Cutting Offsider, you will play an essential role in the production process by assisting our Die-Cutting Operators in operating and maintaining various types of die-cutting machines. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company, we encourage you to apply. Assist Die-Cutting Operators in setting up and operating die-cutting machines. Ensure that die-cutting machines are running efficiently and effectively. Monitor production output and report any issues or discrepancies to the Die-Cutting Operator. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Help maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols. Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and make minor adjustments as needed. Ensure all raw materials and supplies are readily available for production runs. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth production process. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and quality. Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge of die-cutting processes. Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines. Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and quality. Adhere to all company rules and regulations regarding safety, quality, and production standards. Maintain accurate production records and complete necessary paperwork.
