Your Role Based on our proven success in Colorado, we are expanding to New York City, with plans to expand nationally throughout the U.S. You will help us develop and execute a strategy to grow our offerings via social media, content, paid, and email marketing channels using content guided by Lisa’s vision and delivered by our Content Manager. B2C marketing will include attracting and converting leads into coaching clients, Social Bloom group members, and Love Bloom event attendees. B2B marketing will include building Lisa's credibility and visibility within the professional and B2B community to generate referral partnerships with therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals and communities; and supporting the recruitment of coaches as we expand into new geographic markets. Work Environment & Job Details <ul><li>You have your own computer and Internet connection (this is a home-based position)</li><li>You must be willing to work at least 4+ hours per day between 9am-5pm MST</li><li>Term: 3 month engagement, with potential to move to full-time/permanent position</li><li>We provide guaranteed 100% on-time salary payments</li></ul>What You'll Do<ul><li>B2B Outreach<ul><li>Target mental health practitioners, clinicians, and aligned organizations in the NYC market to generate referral flow</li><li>Lead mining, enrichment, marketing outreach</li><li>LinkedIn marketing</li></ul></li><li>Email & Autoresponder Management: Listbuilding, create/manage automated messaging flows, lead tagging, list segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability monitoring</li><li>Paid Meta Advertising: Audience development, budget/bid management, retargeting, creative performance analysis, ROI analysis</li><li>Landing Pages: Strategy, coordination with Content Manager and web development team, integration with advertising channels and autoresponder</li><li>Tracking & Analytics: <ul><li>UTM, GTM, GA4 tracking across all organic, paid, email, and referral touchpoints</li><li>Performance reporting & communication</li></ul></li><li>Funnel Development: Create and manage funnels (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)</li><li>AI: Recommend AI strategies, resources, and tools to deliver greater efficiency and results </li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>3–5 years of related digital marketing experience ideally in wellness, mental health, and coaching</li><li>Skilled and experienced leveraging AI resources and tools to work more efficiently</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive social media engagement</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive direct response actions (sign-ups, registrations, inquiries, referrals)</li><li>Genuine comfort with topics like mental health, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and holistic wellness</li><li>Self-directed, organized, and able to own, strategize, and be accountable for all projects and tasks</li></ul>Nice To Have<ul><li>Personal or professional connection to the neurodivergent community</li><li>Experience marketing to or communicating with healthcare or mental health professionals</li><li>Background in health coaching, integrative nutrition, or a related field</li><li>Experience growing a personal brand or thought leadership platform</li><li>CRM: Consultation, platform selection, setup, configuration, implementation</li><li>SEO: On-page, Google Search Console, technical SEO</li><li>Paid advertising platforms: Google, TikTok, display</li></ul>Why This Role This is a chance to do meaningful work that genuinely helps people.
