<p><strong>Senior Digital Strategist</strong></p><p>Salary up to £40,000 per annum</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist with strong digital insight and a passion for performance marketing to help elevate digital strategy across a varied client portfolio. This is a senior role focused on leading strategy, driving results and supporting the wider digital team.</p><p>You’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines, with a strong focus on measurable performance across the full customer journey.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and own multi-channel digital strategies across search, social, CRM and display, with a clear understanding of car buyer behaviour and the full customer funnel</li><li>Translate business objectives into clear, actionable digital plans that drive leads, bookings and sales</li><li>Align digital campaigns with broader objectives across new and used vehicle sales, aftersales, Motability and fleet</li><li>Confidently define, articulate and present strategic recommendations based on client challenges or campaign goals</li><li>Lead cross-channel campaign execution, ensuring optimisation of performance, targeting and budgets</li><li>Use data and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights</li><li>Act as a digital lead in client conversations, helping stakeholders understand opportunities and performance outcomes</li><li>Support, mentor and develop junior members of the digital team</li><li>Work closely with creative, digital and account teams to ensure a joined-up approach across all campaigns</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience and Personal Qualities</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in digital strategy or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment</li><li>Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer journeys</li><li>Hands-on expertise across paid search, paid social and digital analytics, including GA4</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strategic mindset with strong analytical ability</li><li>Proactive, self-sufficient and client focused</li><li>Genuine passion for digital innovation and performance-led marketing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s On Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to shape digital strategy for well-known automotive brands</li><li>Competitive salary with quarterly performance bonus</li><li>Hybrid working options, subject to agreement</li><li>Collaborative environment working alongside experienced specialists across creative, digital and account teams</li></ul><p></p>
