<p>Build and commercialize a portfolio of learning products. Drive a step-change global learning expansion by leveraging new learning technologies, developing unique & original content, and repurposing existing content to meet the growing demand of our customers and associates. Focus on the deployment of best-in-class Global Service Technical Training and provide a Service Learning Strategy to meet the needs of our customers and Regional Services teams. Create & deliver a long-term vision, framework, and scalable solutions that align with business priorities, operational policies, performance standards/metrics, and budgets. Analyze & select training technology platforms utilizing Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and techniques and establish a globally consistent eKnowledge system.
