<p><strong>Interim Global Director of Service Delivery </strong></p><p> 📍 Global | 6 months | Inside IR35</p><p>We’re supporting a <strong>PE-backed global B2B services business</strong> to appoint an <strong>Interim Global IT Service Delivery Director</strong> for a <strong>6-month assignment</strong>, reporting into the CIO and engaging closely with <strong>SteerCo and PE stakeholders</strong>.</p><p>The role has end-to-end responsibility for <strong>global IT service delivery</strong> across <strong>30 countries, 90 studios/functions, and ~15,000 colleagues</strong>, leading a <strong>senior leadership team of ~10 direct reports</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a <strong>strategic leadership role</strong> focused on stabilising and aligning a globally distributed service function, improving engagement, accountability, and consistency following significant M&A growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key focus areas</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Own global IT service delivery and operating model</li><li>Lead and support a team of senior service leaders</li><li>Improve morale, clarity, and service confidence and NPS</li><li>Shape in-house vs outsourced service desk strategy</li><li>Oversee infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace services</li><li>Provide clear, structured reporting to CIO, SteerCo, and PE</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Background sought</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Senior interim with global IT service delivery leadership experience</li><li>PE-backed or high-change environments</li><li>Strong ITSM / ServiceNow background</li><li>Confident operating at the C-suite and board level</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you’re an interim who brings <strong>clarity, calm leadership, and pace</strong> in complex global environments, I’d welcome a conversation.</p><p></p>
