Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food safety standards, and assisting with food preparation to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and culinary excellence, with experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel environments preferred. Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support kitchen operations.
  • Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and organized.
  • Help with basic food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in catering events or banquet setups as needed, including setup and breakdown of service areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, prep areas, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold a safe working environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward assisting others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed.
  • Basic understanding of food handling regulations and sanitation practices. This role is vital in supporting our culinary team’s success while providing a valuable stepping stone for those interested in advancing within the hospitality industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $400.00 - $800.00 per week
