Requirements for Dispatchers:

Clean background-no felonies and certain misdemeanors (ever)
Security System or police dispatching experience preferred
Valid Texas driver’s license
Valid state security license is helpful (Otherwise, must be able to pass FBI fingerprint and extensive background check.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must have adequate transportation
