E-Store Shipping Assistant

Timely and accurate shipping of all e-store orders. Maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks. Providing exceptional customer service to online customers. Assisting with order processing and fulfillment. Communicating with the e-store team regarding any shipping issues or delays. Ensuring all shipping and packaging materials are properly stocked and organized. Maintaining a clean and organized shipping area. Following all company policies and procedures related to shipping and inventory management. Accurately recording all shipping and inventory data. Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective shipping processes. Identifying and addressing any shipping or inventory discrepancies. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members. Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling and shipping products. Continuously seeking ways to improve shipping processes and customer satisfaction. Providing support to the e-store team as needed. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to e-commerce and shipping.
