<p>Provide support and complete service functions for our customers with a focus on STAR Elite agencies. Professionally assist customers with modifications, payments, and written communication. Monitor and resolve any potential customer issues balancing customer satisfaction and the financial impact to the company. Elite Service Associates connect with customers via phone and assist with the following: Satisfactory and priority handling of inbound service calls.
