Entry Level Customer Acquisition Associate

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Customer Acquisition Associate to represent our clients face to face and inside local retail stores. No prior experience is required. We provide a structured training program covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

This role is an excellent starting point for recent graduates or individuals eager to begin a career in sales, marketing, or business development.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers in retail locations to promote and sell products
  • Help set up, organize, and maintain branded displays and promo materials
  • Provide excellent face to face customer service and answer product questions
  • Meet daily and weekly sales goals
  • Engage in team meetings and structured training sessions

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — full training provided
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic about learning
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not required)
