Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Lead teams and participate in housekeeping and laundry duties during different shifts
- Conduct staff training and in-service meetings, maintaining quality control
- Document income, expenses, supplies, personnel, and equipment usage via company software
- Act as a go-between for building occupants/administrators and staff, ensuring clear communication
- Properly utilize protective gear and cleaning solutions, maintaining safety standards
- Ensure consistent punctuality and task completion
- Foster positive interactions with colleagues, client staff, residents, and guests
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred
- Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Comply with COVID-19 vaccination regulations
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and handle necessary physical tasks
- Perform repetitive tasks consistently
- Work around both food and cleaning products
- Follow oral and written instructions
