Executive Aviation is seeking a Corporate Ground and Winter Operations Trainer to join our team of passionate aviation professionals. The role requires delivering ground operations training virtually to network teams, maintaining a network training schedule, and working with airline representatives to improve training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in a Ground Operations role
- Significant experience in virtual, in-class, and on-the-job training
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and create a positive learning environment
- Proven interpersonal skills in dealing with external and internal customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivation and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in mentor/trainer role considered an asset
- RAIC and driver's license required
