Job Title: Factory Worker
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Salary: ₦70,000 monthly

Job Scope

We are seeking an experienced Factory Worker to support daily operations in our plastic manufacturing plant. The role involves ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic molding/production machines.
• Assist in the setup, loading, and unloading of raw materials.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Report machine faults or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor.
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a factory, preferably in plastic or related manufacturing.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Resides within or around Ikorodu (preferred)
