Job Description:
- Drive customer acquisition through door‑to‑door conversations and community outreach
- Share service benefits and answer questions
- Deliver post‑sale follow‑up to create long-term customers
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross‑functional partners
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Consistent track record of hitting sales targets in retail or direct sales
- Expertise in simplifying complex product offerings
- Known to work in direct‑to‑consumer sales, especially door‑to‑door
- Strong negotiation skills to confidently secure agreements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong ability to connect with customers and address inquiries
- Ability to identify and resolve issues during the sales process
- Strong adaptability to diverse customer needs
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
