Job Description:

  • Drive customer acquisition through door‑to‑door conversations and community outreach
  • Share service benefits and answer questions
  • Deliver post‑sale follow‑up to create long-term customers
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross‑functional partners

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Consistent track record of hitting sales targets in retail or direct sales
  • Expertise in simplifying complex product offerings
  • Known to work in direct‑to‑consumer sales, especially door‑to‑door
  • Strong negotiation skills to confidently secure agreements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong ability to connect with customers and address inquiries
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues during the sales process
  • Strong adaptability to diverse customer needs
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
