Financial Analyst (specific to the toy industry)

<p>Hasbro is looking to fill a Financial Analyst position to join our growing toy industry team! We are searching for a highly motivated individual with a passionate interest in toys and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field, along with prior experience in financial analysis or forecasting. They should be driven and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial modeling and analytics.If you have the experience and drive to become a key contributor to our team, we would love to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Analyze financial data to identify trends, develop forecasts, and produce insights for management • Develop financial models for special projects and provide financial analyses to identify potential opportunities and risks • Monitor and review financial performance metrics to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls • Develop and maintain financial planning and reporting systems • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports • Analyze financial data to identify areas of cost savings and increased efficiencies • Assist with the development and implementation of new financial systems and procedures • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders</p><p>Hasbro is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
