Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a Forklift Operator and warehouse associates for a logistics company in Devens, MA. This position is essential to the efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring safe and timely handling of materials.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Move products using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Skid, wrap, and secure products for storage or shipment.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality, and store items in designated locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet order fulfillment deadlines.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sit-down forklift operation experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.

Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Saturday 1/2 days as needed)
- $22/hour
