Your main responsibilities include:</p><h3><strong>Strategic Leadership & Growth</strong></h3><ul><li>Own and manage the P&L for the European business, ensuring strong top-line growth.</li><li>Develop and execute short-term tactics and long-term strategies to scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention.</li><li>Lead brand positioning and ensure cultural relevance across diverse European markets.<p><br></p></li></ul><ul></ul><h3><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h3><p></p><ul><li>Work closely with global teams (marketing, product, clinician acquisition,</li><li> compliance, clinical operations, and others) to optimize user experience and drive outcomes.</li><li>Partner with HQ on product localization strategies to support market expansion.</li></ul><p></p><ul></ul><ul></ul><h3><strong>Team & Market Leadership</strong></h3><p></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of Country Managers across Europe.</li><li>Build regional BD & Partnership capabilities to drive growth beyond paid channels.</li><li>Create and implement playbooks for new market launches.</li><li>Recruit, onboard, and support local leadership as part of ongoing European expansion.</li></ul><ul></ul><h3><strong>Compliance & Operational Excellence</strong></h3><p></p><ul><li>Ensure regional adherence to regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and cultural sensitivities.</li><li>Oversee operational KPIs and performance metrics to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p></p><ul></ul><h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2><h3><strong>Experience & Background</strong></h3><p></p><ul><li>15+ years of experience in:<ul><li>General management</li><li>Strategy & operations</li><li>P&L ownership</li><li>International marketing</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><em></em>Growth or leadership roles within consumer-facing businesses</li><li>Proven experience scaling products, brands, or services across multiple European markets.</li><li>Strong background in data-driven decision-making and digital growth strategies.</li></ul><ul></ul><h3><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></h3><p></p><ul><li>Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>Experience building and managing high-performing, multi-country teams.</li><li>Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing funnels.</li><li>Ability to travel internationally as required.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><ul></ul><ul></ul>
