Oversee the daily operations of the invoice to cash reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper communication and alignment of financial reporting processes. Maintain and update internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Handle complex or escalated issues related to invoice to cash reporting and provide timely resolutions. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of the invoice to cash reporting process, including any issues or areas for improvement.
